For access or billing questions, include the email used for your membership and a short description of what happened. If a purchase went through but access is missing, contact us before buying again.

For help with a System, tell us its name, the AI platform you used, and where you got stuck. A screenshot of the issue can help.

Please leave out passwords, payment-card details, and private client or property information. We can help with Docstara access and the workflow; the final document still needs your professional review.
