How Docstara Systems work

Docstara provides ready-to-use prepared prompts and review guidance for specific real estate documents. You do not submit property or client facts to Docstara to generate a document. You copy the prepared prompt into your chosen AI platform, replace the bracketed placeholders there, and work with the resulting draft in that platform.

Your AI platform

If you paste information into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another AI service, that provider's terms, settings, and data practices apply. Use an AI platform and account configuration that is appropriate for your brokerage policies and the information you are handling.

Confidential information

Do not paste confidential, private, or sensitive client information into an AI platform unless doing so is appropriate under your brokerage policies, professional obligations, and the AI provider's terms and settings.

Human review

Docstara systems are designed around agent review. AI output is a working draft. The real estate professional must verify facts, edit as needed, and approve the final document before use.

Membership and site data

Account, membership, form, and payment-related information may be handled by the site and service providers used to operate Docstara, including Wix and applicable payment services. See the Privacy Policy for additional information.
